Providing Basic Employment Documents to Meet Legal Requirements for Employers
WHAT WE DO AT DOCUADVISOR
DocuAdvisor is dedicated to providing employers with the necessary legal documents to ensure compliance with California and U.S. employment laws and provide guidelines for good business practices. We strive to help you simplify and meet the complexities involved with employment laws and documents. Our goal is to give you the comfort of knowing you are meeting these legal requirements and following good business practices when it comes to your employees.
For your business, you are required to follow certain employment laws under California and U.S. laws. In addition, it is very important to have good communications with your employees, and establish the employment policies in a clear and understandable way for your employees.
Our products offered on this website will help you to meet these requirements. Our products contain documents which should be provided to your employees, some of which will contain information requested from your employees and some of which will contain your company’s employment policies. Our documents and policies have been established and are regularly updated by an experienced California attorney with more than 30 years experience in business and employment law.
These documents can be provided to your new employees or your current employees (if they did not receive the documents when they were hired).
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF OUR DOCUMENTS
We have compiled an all-in-one package that includes all of the basic documents required under California and Federal law to provide you a one time fee of $450:

Additional Information for Businesses
Before you hire employees, you will need to obtain an Employee Identification Number (EIN) from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Please go to the IRS website at http://www.irs.gov to obtain an EIN on line.
At some point, you may wish to create an Employee Handbook, which is a document provided to your employees containing all of the employment policies of the business. The Employee Handbook is not required by law, but generally considered a good practice for businesses. If you are interested in learning more about the Employee Handbook, please contact our company by email or telephone for further discussion.
